Linda Lau: There was a very bright moon today.

Rae Mansfield: It was so bright you could read at night without turning the lights on.

Simon: Unfortunately, I did not see this because I was sleeping. A friend told me about it later.

Linda Lau: We were having brunch at my favorite restaurant.

Rae Mansfield: Remember brunch?

Simon: I remember, because I ordered eggs benedict and they said they had run out of hollandaise sauce.

Linda Lau: And my friend told me about the moon, because I told her story about my dream that night.

Rae Mansfield: I dreamed that I saw a moon maiden who brought me hollandaise sauce.

Simon: That’s probably why I ordered the eggs benedict.

Linda Lau: It’s not particularly my favorite choice of food, but I was inspired by the dream.

Rae Mansfield: But, alas, I didn’t get to have the eggs benedict or the hollandaise.

Simon: Instead, I ordered chili rellenos.

Linda Lau: That was good, too.

Rae Mansfield: In fact, it was delicious.

Simon: I actually ordered another portion to take home for dinner.

Linda Lau: So my friend and I decided to part ways for the rest of the day.

Rae Mansfield: When I got home with my chili rellenos a moon maiden was sitting at my kitchen table.

Simon: I asked her for her name.

Linda Lau: She said her name was Samantha.

Rae Mansfield: “Like on Bewitched?”, I asked.

Simon: “What is Bewitched?” she said.

Linda Lau: I told her the whole story. She thought it was very funny.

Rae Mansfield: She said, “No, I’m a mystical creature, not a TV character, but I would love to eat some of your brunch food”

Simon: I said, “I didn’t think you could actually eat food.”

Linda Lau: She said, “I can do anything I want.” And so we shared that chili rellenos and had a great time.
